TOTOz Classification

TOTOz is a utility token (credits) functioning as an access credential. It is NOT a security, payment instrument, voucher, or store of value. It does not represent equity, debt, or any financial interest in OZ Capital.

OZT Classification

OZT is a governance token (credits). It is NOT a security. It provides non-binding advisory voting rights only and does not represent ownership, profit-sharing, or any financial claim against OZ Capital.

Fiat-Only Services

All professional services (residency, asset protection, tax planning) are contracted and paid in fiat currency through OZ Capital and its partner network. Tokens are not accepted as payment for services.

Exchange Listings

Any listing of TOTOz or OZT on a third-party exchange is NOT an OZ Capital initiative. OZ Capital makes no representations regarding secondary market activity, liquidity, or token valuation.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TOTOZ.io platform, operated by OZ Capital Corporation ("OZ Capital"), a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands.

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the platform.

The platform provides AI-assisted informational guidance for international residency, asset protection, and tax planning. Information provided by the platform does not constitute legal, tax, immigration, or financial advice. All professional services are contracted separately through OZ Capital and its partners and are paid in fiat currency.

TOTOz tokens (credits) function as access credentials for the platform. OZT tokens (credits) provide advisory governance rights only. Neither token represents a security, equity instrument, or financial product.
